Roofing in Hamilton County

Cincinnati roofing, made Simpli.

Cincinnati is the south end of our territory and a city of hills, which means a city of complicated roofs. Hyde Park Tudors, Clifton Victorians, Westwood four-squares and Anderson Township two-stories all ask something different of a crew, and our crews have done all of them.

Local knowledge

Roofs in Cincinnati.

The houses

Cincinnati's east side neighborhoods are full of 1910s to 1940s homes with steep, complex roofs and chimneys, often once slate. The west side has post-war ranches and Cape Cods with simpler roofs, and the outer townships have 1970s to 2000s two-stories. Hillside lots make access harder and add to the labor; plank decking on the older homes needs careful inspection at tear-off.

The weather

Cincinnati gets straight-line wind, spring and summer hail, and freeze-thaw winters that build ice dams in the valleys of old steep roofs. The hills create wind exposure that varies street to street. After a strong storm, a free inspection with photos is the sensible first step whatever your roof looks like from the sidewalk.

Most asphalt shingle roof replacements in Cincinnati land between about $9,500 and $19,500, and large hillside homes with steep, complex roofs can run higher. Simpler west side ranches sit at the low end. You can see a real price for your address online in about a minute, or have a specialist measure it in person.

Yes. Steep-slope work on tight hillside lots is a big part of what we do in Cincinnati. We plan access, tarp what needs protecting, tear off every layer and repair decking where it needs it.

We do. We inspect and document the damage before you call your carrier, meet the adjuster on your roof, and explain the paperwork plainly. We do not negotiate the claim on your behalf, and your deductible is always yours.

All of Cincinnati and Hamilton County, including Hyde Park, Oakley, Mount Lookout, Clifton, Westwood, Anderson Township, Madisonville and Northside, plus the northern suburbs up the I-75 and I-71 corridors. If you are not sure, call or text and we will tell you straight away.
