Who we are looking for
People who care how the roof turns out.
We are a roofing company, not a marketplace. Every job has a Simpli specialist who has already walked the roof and met the homeowner, so the crew can concentrate on the roof.
Installers and crew leads
Experienced asphalt shingle installers who take pride in straight lines, tight valleys and a clean site by evening. GAF certification is a plus, and we help good crews get it.
Subcontracted crews
Established crews who want steady, well-run jobs: a clear scope, materials on site before you arrive, a specialist who has already met the homeowner, and prompt payment.
Suppliers and trades
Local suppliers, gutter and siding trades, dumpster and equipment partners who work the Dayton to Cincinnati corridor and answer the phone.
The standard
What every Simpli job is held to.
Our promise to homeowners is a great roof and a painless experience. Crews who work with us make that promise real, so this is the whole list, and none of it is negotiable.
- Show up when you said, and call if anything changes
- Protect the landscaping, siding and windows before a shingle comes off
- Install to the manufacturer spec, every layer, every time
- Photograph the work at each stage
- Magnet sweep and a clean site before you leave
- Treat the homeowner the way you would want your own family treated
